Demlin is the sleek, towering, corporate heart of Svarnahelm, an autonomous metropolis filled with arcanomechanical wonders. Ruthless archons compete with one another in stone skyscrapers while mages, corrupt police officers, and amoral freelancers fight proxy wars on the city streets. Race financial sages on levitating rickshaws, sabotage pneumatic postal tubes, and ride fliplifts up to elegant penthouses. In this golden commercial hub, contracts and corporate conquerors control the city's destiny.

Demlin is a system-agnostic metropolis downtown setting developed by Borough Bound, creators of fully realized TTRPG cities. This 101-page guide provides everything you need to run hypercapitalist urban tabletop campaigns, including:
